GolfsTheGame Updated

Phase 3 of the GolfsTheGame project has been updated.  Using a redisigned, more application like web site the GolfsTheGame project now makes it easier for students to modify their own profiles and for Golf Professionals and Clubs to manage their students.

Update released for the FileCOPA FTP Server

An update has been posted for the FileCOPA FTP Server.  The update fixes a couple of issues with disk quotas and creating files and folders that contain international characters.

This is a free update for all registered users and can be downloaded from the FileCOPA FTP Server Download Page.

Version 1.04 of Golf Swing Mobile iPhone App to Include HiRes Icons

V1.04 of the Golf Swing Mobile iPhone application developed for GASP Systems Ltd will have a new set of Hi Resolution icons to improve the display on iPhone4 systems.  These icons are currently with our designer and will hopefully be released to us for inclusion in the app within the next week or so.

GASP Lab V3.02

Development is now underway on GASP Lab V3.02.  GASP Lab is the Golf Swing application developed by InterVations, Inc. for GASP Systems Ltd.

V3.02 of GASP Lab will include uploading of pupil videos and lessons directly to YouTube.  It will also switch it's internal sending system to the newer ebooks GolfsTheGame interface rather than the older GolfsTheGame system.

Update to the FileCOPA FTP Server released

A minor update was released for the FileCOPA FTP Server today.  A bug was discovered where if a user is copied, the new user doesn't appear in the user list.  The new user is active and is seen by the system but does not appear in the list until the controller is restarted.

Users should update to the latest release by going to the FileCOPA FTP Server download page.

This update will not appear when checking for an update because it isn't considered serious enough to nag users about.

Testing for V12 of the MailCOPA Email Client going well

One week since the first release of V12 of the MailCOPA email client to beta testers and things are going very well.  Very few issues were reported during the first week, which is a testiment to our developers.  This should also point to a slightly earlier release than initially expected.

We are still suggesting a 2-3 month beta test period before release, but if results continue to be as good then hopefully we can soon start quoting an earlier release date.

Golf Swing Mobile V1.03 now available in iPhone App Store

V1.03 of GASP Systems Golf Swing Mobile is now available in the app store.  If you have an older version make sure you go to the app store and grab the update.

MailCOPA Email Client V12 to aid in Time Management

Another new feature of the new version 12 of the MailCOPA email client is a calculation of time for searched items in the appointments diary.  This can be useful when calculating time spent working for a customer for example, place a search for the customer and the MailCOPA email client will display the total amount of time spent on that client.

MailCOPA Email Client V12 To Support Cut/Copy/Paste for Appointments

In previous versions of the MailCOPA email client diary/appointment events could be dragged and dropped between diaries, but with the new MailCOPA email client V12 events can now be copied and pasted.  This will help when moving events to different days or months.

Golf Swing Mobile V1.03 Sent to Apple

The iPhone/iPad App Golf Swing Mobile was updated today and sent to the Apple App store for aproval.  Hopefully the updated app will be available in the app store within the next few days.

Golf Swing Mobile has received rave reviews since it's release just a few weeks ago, spending several days in the number 1 position for sports software in the UK App Store.

MailCOPA Email Client V12 Released to Beta

V12 of the MailCOPA Email Client was released to our beta testers today.  Over the next month or so they will use the system in various configurations and report back to us any problems.  Any issues will be fixed and updates will be released to the beta testers.  This process usually takes between 1-2 months.  Once we are satisfied that the product is stable it will be made a public release.

As always V12 of the MailCOPA Email Client will be a free update to all registered users.
